Sales staff weren’t pushy and didn’t try to push me into packages I didn’t want. They presented them to me but when I said which ones were right and not right for me they accepted it and didn’t spend more time trying to convince me I needed something that I didn’t want or need

Knowing what you charge (such as $48 for replacing two wiper blades, hearing the total bill for a specific service, etc) enables me to compare your charges with other providers before or when I need a specific service, or better yet, do it myself.
